We are visiting sheffield for one night 03/06/2017, staying in a city hotel, is there any swinging bars in the city?, not to keen on clubs.

No swingers bars in Sheffield. La Chambre is your best bet. The club is like a pub downstairs. It isn't a dress down club, so most people in the bar are dressed as you would go out in town, lot's of the ladies go skimpier though 
you can then just socialise if you like, free membership at the moment, Saturdays are couples and single ladies.
