What is your question exactly? I'm not sure I get what you're asking...
But, if you're asking about term limits then the answer is that someone can only be elected president twice. However, someone who finishes another president's term can then also be twice elected president so long as the term he finished had less than two years remaining.
So the longest someone can theoretically be president is 10 years minus 1 day. |

It depends. He is currently serving out a term for which he wasn't elected. So, whether he could run again in the next election depends on how long he has been serving his current term. I can't remember if he's been in longer than 2 years. But that would answer your question. |
