So I need to lose about 1.5/2 stone by Tuesday so I can get my gym slip figure( from when I was 20ish) back for a few hours. Anyone got any miracle ideas to help this happen? That or I need to not breathe in for a bloody long time while trying to a) not pass out and b) look sexy and wonton..... HELP.

Need to be naked. Hate corsets can't bloody breath with my winter gut in one! I ask this advice while eating a chocolate bar!

You're screwed! You should have gone in for the Sunday surgery thread earlier, could have got a bit of lipo! Embrace what you have.

Didn't think about it earlier. I tend to think about these things better while telling myself what a chunky monkey im turning into while eating( sucking to make it last longer) a chocolate bar.

Doable through dehydration, but it's unpleasant and can be dangerous. Not really for 'regular' folk

Boxers over the weight limit do it by cutting down dramatically on their water And food intake And take very hot saunas to sweat it out then rehydrate themselves on fight night. Obviously Extreme dehydration and starvation isn't recommended for normal folk.

Just say fuck it, sure you look fine nekkid as you are!

Sorry, it ain't going to happen. I've lost 3 stone over the last 4 months and to be successful that the way you've got to do it....slowly to ensure you lose fat and keep it off.

Do not eat or drink anything.

Burn as much as posaball and swet as much as posaball.

You run the risk of extream dehydration but water is Verry hevey and bodety fat holds a lot of it to. if you loos enuf of it you can loos up to 2 stone in 1.5 days.

I DO NOT REKEMEND YOU DO THIS THOE !

also hot bath/sauna works really well, but don't spend hours at a time - you'll literally cook yourself; do short periods in, then cool off outside. You can loose 'safely' around 8% of your body weight through dehydration, anything more, it becomes dangerous. People have died doing it. Do a lot of research about it, or better yet, seek professional advice. Do it on your own risk
