Man flu is actually really bad, not many women would be able to cope at all. Look at all the fuss made over having a baby, a few minutes job is spun out, and just because it stings a bit, there has to be a big hoo-ha.

When someone asks you if you want something to eat you must say " I think I could manage a bit of soup ( if a poorly voice ) even if yer starving

I once walked into the Dr's (I say walked, it was more like a scene out of the mummy), she knew what was coming next. 'What can I do for you' she asked, 'I need some drugs' I replied. Taken aback, she said 'what do you mean?'I gestured at my face with a limp arm. She pressed my head and I said owww. I said 'do you know what it is?', 'yes, here's a prescription, do you think you'll need any pain relief (listed serious meds)', 'noooo nothing like that'. Looking at her like she's deluded.
I staggered to the wall and edged to the door waving and thanking her. That's how we do it. |

It is totally impossible for a woman to get man flu. A virus spreads, so that it can survive. A virus has intelligence. It knows full well that a woman is not capable of surviving man flu.
If a virus was stupid enough to infect a woman, the pain and pressure in her head alone would be enough to make her literally explode, in doing so killing the virus.
As a virus is not suicidal, it only infects men, as we have the resilience, to not only being able to survive it, but put up with the ridicule, from others, in our times of suffering. For we are men and we are brave at all times. |
