A friend just had cosmetic surgery, she'd felt bad about how she looked for years.
She told me I was partly the reason she decided to get it done- that I made her feel like she was 'worth it' and deserved to be happy.
How would you feel if someone said that you were the reason they got surgery? (She wasn't sure if I'd be offended.) |

In one way, it could be a bad feeling if they'd had it done because of making them feel inferior.
But your description isn't that. She's had it done because you make her feel good about herself. You should take that in a really positive way. |

"People who elect to undergo cosmetic surgery should be doing it for themselves and not to please or gain the approval of other people.. "
Blue skies ahead in this instance though |
