Lots of bars around there, few nice ones opened recently by the canal there. Enjoy

Central

Take the bus to Hyde park, for open air walking and looking around. Bus should take 10 minutes or so.

How long do you have? Maybe a museum or two but they may be busy as it's a weekend summer's day. Free entry etc. The British Museum isn't super close but you could see Pharaohs and other stimulating stuff.

Paddington is fine, I like the walk up to little venice, and hyde park is just down the road, have a stroll to the serpentine or to kensington. Or just settle down with a nice bottle of wine, pass out on the grass, and if your lucky some nice people might have left you some money when you wake up.

Haverfordwest

Don't forget to phone ahead and see if they're open. It's a bank holiday weekend and they might close early if it's a quiet day in that London place.

Take sandwiches and a flask, just in case.
