I've just bought two fresh cod fish cakes for tea. Now the obvious thing would be to eat them with chips.....but it's a bit hot for that.

Any ideas on what to have them with?

I sometimes have fish cakes with lemon Cous cous and perhaps corn on the cob or a salad
