Boots for skinny legs

I have quite skinny legs (plenty bumps elsewhere!) and find it very hard to get knee or thigh boots that are a tight fit. Does anyone know any online suppliers that could help. Have tried the likes of alternative footwear in the past.

i don't, but i am wondering if shoe makers can adjust the boots to a smaller fit? maybe ask one if you have one local to you.
