It was arms day, pull ups, weighted dips, cable curls and extentions followed by seated curls and forearm curls.
Now eating two chicken breasts and a bag of microwave steamed veg.
What was your workout routine, pre/post workout meal? Any rituals you follow? |

"It is day 16 of my 12 week program and I did back, triceps and 30 min cardio
Cardio? I've heard this word before but I'm not too familiar with it."
Anything more than 6 reps is cardio in my book |

Na, anything that uses energy will burn fat, thus revealing more of that elusive 6 pack. If I where to do any cardio I'd go for Good as it's supposed to send your metabolic rate sky high for 48 hours. |

"Bike, bicep curls, some machine type pull things, and then on the cross trainer to watch 'put your money where your mouth is' and then more bicep curls "
Sounds as scientific as my gym work!
I do all the different machines in a random order once or possibly twice a week.
My cardio work is much more structured though as that is where my targets are |

Mine's a full body work out. I vary what I do each day. Cardio exercises and stretches to warm up. Then a series of compound movement and single movement exercises with weights. Finish with rowing intervals or cross trainer then stretches. My diet is pretty healthy with emphasis on protein and veg most of the time. |

Yeah I use them all randomly as well. It also appears to be that I'm the only one who wipes them down afterwards |
