Anyone else have this problem?
Exchange a few messages no problem.
Then send one that is unread for over a week even though they have been online.
Go online and see it's been deleted.
So you assume they don't want to continue.
Then you get a message asking if your ok and saying they think there's a problem with them getting your messages!
Hope this makes sense

This has been happening to us recently. A week between replies so you delete their messages, forget about them and then they try to pick up the conversation and I've totally forgotten what was said in the previous messages so it's just a bit awkward. |
