I am a guitarist, and as a result very dexterous due to years of fretwork. I have been told I apparently have very good use of my fingers! ... any other similar muso experiences?

As a sax player, good fingering, sense of rhythm and can improvise on the hop. Not to forget the feathering with the tongue. That gets them every time.
