I love baking cakes but my oven is now unreliable at holding a temperature so struggle to get consistent results.
Chocolate, Victoria sponge, cheesecake...you've started me off now  |

I make a mean coffee cake. None of that manky walnut business on top either, just proper chocolate coated coffee beans.
I'm also known to whip up scotch pancakes from time to time. The monsters love pancakes, icecream and banana for breakfast. |

Love to bake, I don't have just one favourite... Here my list :
Chocolate fudge, tiramisu (homemade of course), cheese cake (New York style), upside down pineapple cake, orange vanilla cake. |

My favourite cakes tends to be lemon. When I fancy doing a bit of baking but can't decide upon what to do I normally just end up making my yummy Greek yogurt lemon cake.
Other favourites include caramel latte cake (it's a three tier layer cake, ends up looking like the coffee), carrot cake and of course chocolate  |
