The only problem with them is after a while thay go flat in the midall and thay don't puf back up  |

The shops havount but I have 
Get your self a fever pillow....
A pillow stufed with fevers.
Then put 2 flat ice botalls under it
This blue squear botalls you freeze then put in a cold food shopping bag to keep it cold.
It works every time

A pillow stufed with fevers.
Then put 2 flat ice botalls under it
This blue squear botalls you freeze then put in a cold food shopping bag to keep it cold.
It works every time

It seems I am the odd ball here . I love a flat pillow. I got memory foam tossed am out and got my old pillows back. Fluffed up pillows give me neck ache. |

We've got this exact same issue at the moment. I think it's because I chop and change between which one I put between my knees at night so my thighs have gradually flattened them. They haven't got any fight left!  |

I have problems with my hip, back and also have Fibromyalgia so find it pretty tricky to get comfy in bed. I first used a pillow between my knees when I was pregnant and have done it ever since. Takes the pressure off and evens up your knees/hips a bit. x |

When I have a migraine, cool pillows are a big help, so I wrap a large, flat ice pack in a thin tea towel and place it under the pillow. It's thin enough to cool the pillow surface it's in contact with, yet insulated from getting to room temperature for quite a long time. Just flip the pillow over every now and again when you need the cooler surface.
There are proper chill pillows for sale out there, but I didn't think they did the job as well or for the whole night. |
