I'm greedy in a morning, I'll have a big bowl with 2 shredded wheat bars crushed up and then covered in cornflakes. If I'm extra hungry I'll chop up a Banana and have that too.

A bowl of Crunchie Nut Cornflakes with either sliced banana pieces or broken oatcakes sprinkled on top!

Sets me up for the day!

I'll do the banana sometimes (ooh er mrs).

I go through phases but lately I've discovered Lidl have this stuff called Master Crumble that belies it's budget appearance. It's kinda maple pecan crunch texture but not so mapley and no pecans. I mix it with some corn flakes.

I used to love Rice Krispies with tinned peaches. Got slagged rotten by my flatmates at the time for unhealthy fruit. I've still got my figure, though, so who's laughing now?

I was a very greedy boy this morning.

I had a bowl of berry granola with fresh blackberries and banana on top with ice cold milk.

That didn't hit the spot so I had a toasted sesame seed bagel with lashings of lupak too and a nice hot coffee to wash it all down.

* Rubs belly * Yum, Yum
