I'm going to rant!
Just hadon't a lovely message...
Being called some rather abusive names....
Why ...why you men feel the need to do this to us..
Is it because you've got low self asteem?
Because your not getting any ?
Or the fact you are complete and utter disgusting imbersile and think it's actually fun to send these messages to women?
Lovely being called fat and a twat in the space of five minutes 
That is fucking all!

It's twice I've had similar abusive messages. ..within the last 2 months.
Filters are back on.
Age range lowered. You think a 40 year old with have more fucking respect.

Let it go. It's words on a screen from a stranger. Don't let them raise your blood pressure for no good reason.
I know how annoying it is - I've had similar messages. They've had their kick and if they're reading the forum they're getting another one.
Counter block them so that they can't unblock and send another message.

Probably a combination of all 3,
I wouldn't even block them but untick their abusive message and let them think you haven't even read it, Make a note then ignore all future messages from them |

Sorry you've had to suffer this, beats me why the 'entitled unwashed' feel the need to do things like that Sexyspecs, especially as I daresay 5 mins earlier (before you turned them down) they were probably telling you how gorgeous you were.
Just remember it says more about them than it does you, and regardless of their age they're just behaving like the spoiled brats that they are.

i only took mine off last night and had an abusive message within a few hours, off an older guy. this time i'm not changing my filters to rule them out, sick of people forcing me to not look for what i want just coz they are douchebags. |

Sadly as much as we would all love to take words on a screen with the pinch of salt they deserve, sometimes its hard.

It hurts, I understand. It shouldn't but it does. A mix of the total injustice of it, and as often the insults are the things we beat ourselves with anyway so hearing them triggers all that self-loathing.
The fact is though, the message speaks more to the insecurities, the toxic awful headspace that individual is living in themselves. Thank the fact that you are not having to live in their head, spitting bile into the ether to feel better about yourself.

There's no excuse for such appalling behaviour by any guy on here. There's no doubt that it can be frustrating for guys on here, but there is never any excuse for any offensive rant to any woman. When you travel on public transport these days there's a poster saying don't be offensive to their staff. The same rules should apply on here. |
