What's the worst fib I've told? Possibly the ones where I've said "Oh it's fine" or "Don't worry about me" or "No, I don't mind....", when, although I may not yet have the words to explain how I feel or what the solution/s could be, I *know* that I'm hurting or things aren't okay but I don't say. That's setting myself up but also doing the other person a massive disservice in excluding them from the truth and the potential to do things differently. Or if they can't do things differently or choose not to, it's disallowing them the chance to be conscious of my hurt and be gentle with me or explain reasons to me that I may not be aware of as to why they're going to take that action.

Pretending to be tough and strong when you're not, that's probably my fib faux pas. I'm working on changing this and radical vulnerability though
