I block peeps if I do not like their forums posts, as it is unlikely I would meet them.

Save them contacting me later on etc...

People block for all different reasons. You dont actually know this is the reason they have blocked you unless they said they where blocking you for that reason

Because they can.

I mostly block a$$holes & timewasters, but sometimes block people who I've messaged, but wouldn't meet (& vice-versa), just so we don't waste each others time in the future.

Some people are more liberal with the 'block' button than others. I don't block people unless they're stalking or they just can't understand that I'm not into them and they keep messaging me.

Other people use it whenever they disagree with you or don't know how to be polite. i.e. they're being a bit precious.

In any case, it goes with the territory.

It never ceases to amaze me that some swingers are busily 'judging' others as I've found recently. Particularly with regard to ageism. I'm young and want to fuck. It's not complicated.

Because they are allowed to block anyone at any time and they do not have to justify the reason why to anyone ...

You will never know the reason for the block, maybe they thought you weren't genuine about meeting and they couldn't be bothered with the messaging to and fro, maybe you said something that one of the couple didn't like, its only hearsay isn't it. What is clear is that they don't want any more contact from you. They've blocked you, be adult enough to accept it.

I expect I'm blocked all over the place, I don't give a thought to it, couldn't care less

What makes me smile more is people being bothered that someone has blocked them.

If people block you, its their loss. I seriously wouldn't let it bother you, life is to short to worry about such things.

Ok, as this is turning into a dirty washing thread maybe time to shut.

Maybe as adults we should all just accept that the blocks are there for everyone to use how they wish without explanation to anyone.

been blocked once or twice just for not being their type i guess.

sometimes i think they do it cuz they think u`ll hurl insults back from the rejection.

If you weren't bothered about it, why use your effort to start a thread. It is not their loss at all, they've benefitted as they won't hear from you again, you however are still thinking about them by starting this thread.

I'm sorry if this is harsh, it isn't meant to be rude, but many guys start similar threads, they are given frank responses, we shouldn't be sexist just because its a single female posting.

You won't go without attention or meets, put your energy into messaging sexy guys
