Quite a few profiles on here showing groups of people engaging in sexual acts.
Do the posters check will all the parties on the pics prior to posting to ask their permission ?
Are they supposed to ? Legally ? Morally ?
Are there any laws covering unsolicited distribution of such pictures without permission ?
As the 'owner' of the pic are you free to publish without consent ? |

All we can say is we always ask others permission and indeed give them the numbers of the pictures we would like to use.
We would expect the same in return.
And as the person who takes the pictures i would not publish without consent as i feel there must be a law against it and after all its all about trust.
There must be at least a dozen profiles that use our pics as we send all we take on night to the other couple or couples.
Its all about trust, we ask permission /they ask permission so every one is happy. |

I think anyone allowing their pic to be taken in a compromising position knows the consequences and unless they own the camera then they're not in control of the pics so any objections should be raised then. I personally cringe at pics where there are family photographs clearly visible in the background - especially ones of children. Thats just plain careless and thoughtless. |

I agree. I always laugh when I see a single guy profile with at play pics on his profile. Maybe I am strange but I kind of wonder why anybody be it male, female or a couple wants to to put at play pics on their profile. |
