No samosas, bhajis, quiches, mini pizzas, miscellaneous little savoury pastry things, coleslaw, potato salad plus all of the above? The original buffet list in the OP is more of a nibbles table than a proper buffet. The trick is to build your plate structurally. And if possible use a breadstick dam to keep moist foodstuffs away from crunchy until you are ready to combine the two. |
