"No I have an early copy so pointless acquiring one that's been digitally re-mastered if indeed the new release re-mastered "
According to an interview i heard the remaster really is something special. One gem of information that is never heard before was that the drums were turned down on the edit to reduce the risk of the needle jumping out of the grooves. This kind of thing has been addressed. The CD pack has loads of extra tracks with it. But it is quite pricey. I also have a 1967 original. |

Although I'm still not tempted ...
I love it for what it's always been to me ..... I can live without hearing a reproduction mastered by people who were not involved in the making of the original |

How about this for a Sox fact,
Giles accountant tells Giles we could make a packet of dosh by exploiting your dads legacy with no disenable input other than letting a computer fuck with the original tapes and we'll throw in some cutting room out-takes to help make the numpties think we're giving them a special edition .... |
