I suppose you have to use a google account to access the internet
by using those details
there is a work around for them but dated 2016
When you first open up your Google app up in the top right corner it will say log in. All you need to do is log in & you don't have to do it anymore. Apparently the new update logs you out |

the built in browser is goggle .. trying to download another keeps taking me to a google play site ..which wont work unless u put in some info about you .. |

Is that just on the homescreen? If you go in apps icon is there another browser? Or 'manage apps' to switch on another? |

ive just done a factory reset.. i can get online ok without give my details but trying to download any alternative apps is the problem .. was trying to down load VLC media player and another browser..one that doesnt want to know my all my business..also why do all these apps want to have access to just about everything on my tablet.luckily there nothing really on there as i rarely use it and i always stick tape over the webcam.. |

So, your problem is Playstore, which is google owned. They want you to log in to that with a google account to use it.
You can download stuff elsewhere but watch out for the security of it. |
