If any one has a spare one i can trade you some moisuriser that i didnt need or a pack of bold washing gels.. a fresh mango or maybe even some toothpaste.

Haha yes I do this.
I always leave my bags for life in the car too as I think I'm only going in for 2 things, come out with 2 new bags for life full of stuff.
I am now in the habit of bringing a list. |

I'm really anal about shopping - I write a plan based on the shop layout (including branded items) and follow that.
I think I've only forgotten something once before.
Yep, I'm ridiculous. ![](/icons/s/rolleyes.gif) |

I did my shop on Monday and forgot a few things. Had to send my daughter to go and collect them. I normally try to do a list but was trying to be clever and do it myself x |

Nope, do it all the time.
Even go to get something for tea, spend shit loads and then forget the thing on having for tea, so improvise with crisps or something. |

I am guilty of this too.
What I do sometimes when i just want the odd item (milk sugar coffee) is go to my local shop. I know it will cost more but I would rather spend an extra 50p on a jar of coffee and go to asda and get the same coffee 50p cheaper.. but spend £30 on other items. I am so weak! ![](/icons/s/sad.gif) |

if i only want one or two bits i either only get a basket not a trolley or just carry what i want to buy in my hands - does limit what you can buy in one hit - |

Always used to do that too, now I write the shopping list as a memo on my phone, I never forget that as it has my bank card in the case. |
