"Not got just one but bridge over troubled water- Simon and garfunkle , song for whoever- beautiful south, one- Metallica , return to innocence- enigma and anywhere is- enya "
Beautiful songs there. Especially Enigma
The song that always makes me feel emotional is Woman by John Lennon. Beautiful lyrics and one day someone may hold me in his arms whilst we slow dance to it.
Life goals

There and to the left a bit |
If I had to choose just one, and that's a big ask, it would be The Liberty Of Norton Folgate by Madness - a real journey through a part of London that conjures images and sounds that sweep you along for the whole of it's 9 mons 42 seconds running length. |

Oh my gosh!! I have too many. I'm in a constant state of what would be my "Desert Island Disc" choices?!
Right now, two popped in my head -- Shelter from the Storm (Bob Dylan) and Golden Brown (The*Stranglers) but I have to admit I've been dreamily humming Especially for You (Kylie & Jason) rather too much recently.

My all time would be Imagine by John Lennon.
Sentiment wise I love Apache by The Shadows. My late dad listened to it regularly
Everlong by Foo Fighters got me and my friends together so that means a lot to me. |

Early In The Morning by Harry Nilsson
Probably about 25 years since I first heard it and probably my most listened to song of all time...

At the moment I keep listening to:
Thin Lizzy - Sarah
Sounds of blackness - Optimistic
Prince - The beautiful ones
But it's always been The hypnotic by The Roots and D'Angelo |

Summertime ~ George Gershwin
But sung by Ella Fitzgerald
It's one I always wanted to sing solo when I was in my school choir but never had enough guts to.
So I sang Memories from Cats instead ![](/icons/s/2/cute.gif) |

'The Beautiful Ones' is one of my all time favourite endings to a song. Prince's vocals during that coda are just insane. |

"I can't decide. Just when I think of a song that trumps the one before it, another one pops in to my head...
Trumps "
I just knew someone would have to pick up on that! ![](/icons/s/lol.gif) |

"Jimi Hendrix - All along the watchtower
The Animals - House of the rising sun
Rolling Stones - Paint it black, surely they must be up there "
Oh yes great choices.
This also proves were all of a certain age bracket and that pervs have great musical taste.
Please also add Fleetwood Mac TUSK |

AC/DC, You shook me all night long. That song was a life changer for me,and I was only 7 at the time!
But for mellow chill out time its got to be Pink Floyd,Echoes. |

Jesus...a difficult task. However, if I only had 10p for the jukebox, I would normally put on 'She Sells Sanctuary' by The Cult.
'God Only Knows' The Beach Boys is on a lot at the mo though, perhaps 'cause I saw them recently. |
