Brosnan for the phwooaarrrr factor... (yes, I am a bit biased there lol)

Connery for the best Bond overall tho. Always remember me Mum saying he had a walk like a panther.

Brighton - even Hove!

Daniel Craig is more my idea of what Fleming wanted Bond to be like even if his hair isn't quite right.

Pierce Brosnan.

Not interested in any of the Daniel Craig films - he looks more like a Bond Villain to me.

There and to the left a bit

In order:

1 - Sean Connery - the first and still the best

2 - Daniel Craig - as others have said probably the closest to Fleming's character

3 - George Lazenby - much maligned but I thought he did a damned good job of it in OHMSS

4 - Timothy Dalton - another that played it to an extent close to Fleming's character

5 - Roger Moore - up to and including The Spy Who Loved Me were good, anything after that were just a joke and overplayed the comedy angle

6 - Pierce Brosnan - just never warmed to him as Bond

Ian Fleming said it first...

Roger Moore.

Not Daniel Craig, an international spy assasin shouldn't need to pout all the time.

Craig, as others have said closest to the Fleming Bond.

Roger Moore??? Bond isn't a flipping comedian, and Safari Suits? Just no.

Birmingham Airport

While all bonds over the years have amazing talent, I think the traditional bond role is now getting blurred.

Bond is a smooth savy quick thinking gentle intelligent man who can handle himself in sticky situations and who has a penchant for shaken martini and sexy women.

And all the world over, the traditional bond became a sought after brand which was very compelling. In my opinion the brand is beginning to lose it.

My heart bleeds.

Brighton - even Hove!

Strange that he was supposed to be a spy but in reality was more an assassin.

For looks - Timothy Dalton

For pure Bond-ness and brilliance - Sean Connery

Christchurch

Shaun Connery was good, Daniel Craig is very credible, even with the unlikely stunts.

Roger Moore I thought, rather ruined it with the sly looks to camera and weak jokes.
