So walking down the stairs all good get to the last 2 and somehow I trip fall on my ankle a loud snap I've broken a little bone n the fluid around the joint has popped n I'm now bleeding into my foot it's twice the size and looks minging all black n blue .. Worse as I had a party to go to tnite !!

Ouch feet are one of the worst things to damage as you want to put weight on them. Speedy recovery and if i am having a party i will send you an invite |

I feel for you, I had a 70lb Iron weight drop on my foot while out on our fishing boat a few years ago, luckily it only caught the toe next to my big toe, it was badly broken, my god I will never forget the pain and throbbing that evening! |

sheesh...ouch... hope it gets better soon ... just have to keep the weight off your foot... hmmm on your back legs in the air,may perhaps take your mind off the pain.... |

fractured my foot beginning of one summer and had to have a cast on it. When I went back doc asked how it was and I said it feels a bit heave.
When he broke it open there was half a ton of sand in it! |
