Of course. Full milk isn't the same as it used to be as a kid. I don't know why.

It makes me feel full and bloated! I can't have more than a drop in a coffee.

Always just tea, 2 cups at least. I can't eat before I leave the house, takes me until at least mid morning to get hungry. I always used up eat big something changed, not sure what or when

Day working from home and it is dreary and miserable up here...so I had a treat, toasted teacakes with a cup of tea, followed up with a grapefruit.
