I wear a uniform but I'd never use it to try and get a meet, it's just what I happen to wear to work. It amazes me what a pair of black pants and a white shirt does to a girl tho. |

"Don't trust men in uniform as far as I can throw them "
That's a broad statement, so you don't trust policemen, firemen, postmen, bus drivers, doctors, paramedics, train drivers, chefs, waiters, life guards, gas fitters, pilots, cabin crew, the list is endless. You must live in a very paranoid world |

How could you not?
I have to say I melt a little seeing a man in uniform. Does depend on which one though
Pity most have to leave them at work these days |

The uniform is superficial, it's the man in it that counts. I spent over 30 year in some quite specific uniform and certain ladies definitely go for it. Now, the uniform I wear, you wouldn't know from someone who works in Tesco.. |

To me police uniform is sexy underway waiting to be taken off |

We both wear one for a living and never use it as a selling point on here. That being said it's noticeable that I (Mark) get way more attention from females in uniform than when i'm in civvies. This suggests it's all about the uniform and I ain't 'all that'. That being said it makes me feel good about me and that may give off different vibes to some people. X |

Interesting reading the varied opinions on this. Just goes to prove the old adage of the fact that we all like different things. Has to be a good thing no matter how you look at it!
For what it's worth i'd never understand why any woman would like my (Mark) uniform. |

Navy (Petty Officer). Genuinely can't imagine any woman would be impressed by it. ?? |

It's not about being impressed. Men tend to present differently when in a suit/uniform. Stand straight, walk more confidently. Also men who regularly wear uniform tend to be (as it tends to be required) clean shaven, short haircut, well groomed generally which I love. |

Men wearing a uniform does nothing for me, nor does a suit.
I do like guys in footy shirts though but only certain clubs/teams. Most important for me though is that the guy is clean and smells nice. |

I'd definitely agree with that. Y hair couldn't get any shorter! ;-p
In all seriousness I do tend to feel confident when i'm wearing it, so perhaps project a personal that's more appealing to some people. Definitely NOT arrogance though. |

"No hate it. Egotistical wee boys...... pass "
We're not all egotistical I promise you. While making me feel quite confident i'd hate to feel like being in uniform makes me arrogant or being seen as having an ego. ?? |

It's better than Junior Rates! My ex used to go weak kneed seeing the seniors and officers and moaned asking why I didn't look as smart in my matey bubble bath 1's. |

I go weak at the knees when I see a police man. It's an actual fetish for me.
Ok so he's gotta be easy on the eye too, but the full uniform with all the body armour and tools really gets me going. |

Totally Shippy! Too long to put on and a ballache to get out of as well. Was glad to get out of it in the end. |

I just like a man to look smart. That could be in a casual way or more formal. After all uniforms are just clothes, it is about what they signify I suppose and whether that 'floats your boat' so to speak! |
