what's your stance on this my fellow fabbers
I personally don't have a problem with it nor am i embarrassed when seeing it or being part of a public show of affection ,
I'm sure this is attitude is down to my dear old mother who even to this day will say come on give your dear old mum a kiss good bye or happy birthday any excuse really to show her affection for me .
it did embarrass me in my teenage years when all my friends found it very funny much to my embarrassment when i had to kiss my mum good bye

sometimes a public shows of affection can be a bit ott but who cares as long as those involved are happy which they clearly are plus it beats a nasty public argument any day of the week in my book |

I always give my parents a kiss when I see them, whether that's in public or not.
And my 18yr old son always says I love you to me when he goes out, even if his friends are with him.
I like seeing people holding hands in public, especially older couples. It puts a smile on my face  |

With regards to public shows of affection -- it depends what mood I'm in as to what I think of others' indulgence in them. I may be a little envious! When it's me, I love them (but only if the other person does too) and nothing so sexual that would cause a failure on my part to have got consent first from those witnessing it. |

That's lovely, I don't have any memories of my parents being that way with me. And can't recall being told they loved me. I make sure my kids know that x |

that's a shame my childhood was great for the most part hard due to it only being me my sister and my mum but full of love that's really all kids need in my opinion to know there loved no matter what . |

I love it, life is too short to hold back. My friends (non swinging) are all quite affectionate people so will cuddle when greeting and leaving, I'll link arms with friends when shopping and I love being in the Mr's arms when out and about.
As for full on necking in public I think there is a time and a place |
