crumpets and cheese on toast both well up there
but a bowl of granola with ice cold milk and fresh strawberries, raspberries or blackberries on top is mighty fine too |

if I don't fancy a sweet snack I like a smoked mackeral fillet, warmed skin down in a hot frying pan and with sweet chilli sauce that's added to the hot fish oil.
Only takes about 30 seconds if the pan is hot |

all depends on how lazy i'm feeling Vs how peekish I am.
can't beat a bowl of corn flakes to give you that quick fix, but if i can be arsed to cook, then it will either be a Fish Finger sandwich, or a Bacon Sandwich.

i had it with cinnamon in a hotel in tobago and it was yummy
tried to re-create it since and never pulled it off

Brown sauce is much nicer! |

"heinz beans on toast.. the beans have to be stodgey (overcooked and mushed down a bit) "
Try cheese beanos - cheese on toast with Heinz beans. Also, cheese on toast with jalapenos.
Scrambled egg and black bean quesadilla.
And an ice cream float to wash them down. |
