One of the threads this afternoon mentioned sticklebricks, Mechano and Lego.
I still have my first ever doll..a black one called Shirley Bassey (I was in my teens when I found out that a singer had called herself after my doll, ffs  ), I still have a lot of my childhood books and even have a Weeble (which lives in the cats toy basket but actually belongs to me!)....socomeon ...fess up...who still has someof their original toys? |

I have a small teddy bear - It stands about 2 1/2" high and has movable arms, legs and head.
Apparantly I was given it when I was 2 yrs old and I'm now 48, so it's stood the test of time |

Saved my kids toys for when they had children (barbies and lego), still got the lego, but my ex's new missus threw out the barbies!!  |

i still have some of my old books that i had when i was a kid
my kids have read them and now they are waiting for grand kids to read them

I bet it lasts longer than some of the new houses that are built today,and you could take bits off and add new bits all the time

I have my Teddy Booboo who I got when I was born so that makes him nearly 51 (ouch)
A Black(ouch sorry) doll I was given when I was about 6
A squeeky toy again from when I was born
And books I got as school prizes |

Now there would be a posting, scan your old school photos add them to your profile  "
Theres a website that finds your old school pics for you,just type in your name,school and years you were there and it brings them up for you
can't remember what its called though,ill try and find it |
