Take one which symbolizes your username! 
For example - I'm not a star, but my username is the female lead in Stardust.

This is an old(ish) one but it symbolises my username. La Fee Verte (the green fairy) was also the nickname for absinthe during Moulin Rouge era France ... my pendant is actually an absinthe spoon, my corset is absinthe green |

Been racking my brains here for inspiration for my avatar... But came to the conclusion that aside from if maybe I were to make a Jenga stack with sex toys, I think my current avatar pretty much suits my name anyway |

I've often been described as a bit of an animal and compared to a gorilla/monkey due to my size and stupid long arms. I think my current avi portrays a little bit of the being an animal/size of a gorilla. |

Why does a pic mod keep retrospectively reversing the decision of the mods that approve my pic?!! It keeps happening and is really starting to make me

I've given up they'll probably ban my silhouette after three years because they can't tell if it's me. I can't be arsed with pictures anymore. Wastes too much of my life arguing and explaining how the picture was created, just for some other jobsworth, based on some other killjoy reporting it because it got too many Fabs for their liking.
I'm a silhouette from now on until that gets rejected  |
