First week of September is not bad. After that it starts to close up and slim down on the shop and restaurant front. The weather is generally still good, but we have had some fantastic rain/thunder storms in that week too. But fear not, mostly it would be good.
If you do go, don't book a ground level villa that week! If you get the rain, it is possible that it will flood. Happened to some good mates of ours.
Johnny Wokkers bar in the underpass on the Port Nature side is always busy and in that week has some regulars. One German guy who sings will usually make an appearance and it turns into a party!
Should be a blast and we hope you have fun if you get there |
