Trying to get what you bought from ASDA online!

A thread on supermarket rage reminded me of my experiences with ASDA groceries online.

Does *anybody* actually get all the stuff they ordered?

Seems like 1 out of 10 items goes onto the 'couldn't deliver'category or is replaced by some inferior product.

Is it just ASDA, or do other online supermarkets have the same problem?

I love Asda - only use it as a "top up" shop though as you never know what you'll get, especially if you have the last delivery slot.

Oooh, my family and I have feasted on various pizza's we'd never have tried, exotic looking veg, fresh juices not the concentrates, diced turkey, Cravendale milk instead of their own brand...the delivery drivers cant be arsed to go back to the depot with shopping they've not delivered so share it out!

The first time it happened I phoned to tell the store - total indifference, so now don't bother.

I wouldn't use them for stuff I really needed or relied on - Tesco and Sainbury's about 98% for me: rarely get it wrong...nowadays!

LOL! I can easily beat that.

Asda didn't send two things which weren't in the substituted or unfindable categories.

Total cost: 15p

I made a complaint, gave them the details of the items.

Total Refund: 3.60 for some different items.

Asda: just can't get it right xD

I fell out with Asda last year as their product availability was rubbish. Ocado are briliant and I can't recommend them highly enough. My cats now recognise the sound of the ocado van on the drive and sit in the hallway waiting for the nice delivery man or woman to bring their food!

Landlady won't allow pets, renting sucks for that reason
