I've got my mum's old Toyota aygo and it's still going strong! I've put 20k miles on it in the two years I've had it and for such a small car it's really comfortable to drive. |

Volvo XC 90, we needed a 7 seater and found this was comfortable, stylish and more room than some of the other people carriers on the market. Biggest minus filling the damn thing up..

My car before was very shit as in a 20 year old Polo but it still only has 40,000 on the clock and still going strong. If they work and get you from A to B your doing well. |

Some of the mileages quoted are unreal, may as well sell the car and use cabs.... 175,000 on my fiat van, 162,000 on my car, even my bikes are up around the 70,000 mark and not one of the 10 years old yet...
Come on people, petrol is evil, it's our duty to burn it before the grand kids grow up....  |

My pride and joy I hardly ever drive is my 1989 E30 M3 in white with 27000 original miles full BMW service history one owner from new before me and it's fully original and looks like a brand new car.
The old guy that owned it spends 90% of his time in Marbella and I use to deliver lease cars for him so I stuck a deal up and brought it off him 2yrs ago and it's my pride and joy.
I brought the 14 plate m3 to stop me using the e30 as its a rare find in the condition and mileage so it gets stored in my garage and comes out at weekends or special occasions. |

A focus ST 09 plate we use use on weekends.
And A
Honda civic type S 09 plate that the Mrs drives every day.
Oh and the Mr's lorry which he live's in 5 days a week.

Seat Ibiza 1.9TDi FR, it looks normal from the outside has a discreet little FR logo on the Rev counter. It's also in Dark Grey/Silver colour so blends in very well. But it's loads of fun. The other car is a 1996 Mini Cooper. It's even more fun. |

I have a gorgeous Mazda mx5, black with red mohair soft top. It's sitting on the drive waiting for me to pass my driving test.
Currently use a 125cc Vespa for commuting.
Hubby drives a skoda Octavia estate when he's not sneaking a go in my Mazda |

At that milage why buy a diesel?.
Cheaper services with a petrol, less to go wrong, cost less in the beginning cheaper fuel and you'd still return about 38 mpg.

Haven't got one, I cycle everywhere, gave it up so I could support my kids financially, the costs of paying my ex, renting a home for myself, bills etc, meant something had to go.
This seems to be a big issue with women I chat with on pof?
Very disappointing that so many women are that materialistic? It's not forever.
Personally I take a lot of pride in being a good dad, it's far more important than driving round in a flash car |

It's far better that you are providing for your children than that you have a car. When g and i first lived together he didn't have a car as his ex had their car. He shared my car at first until we could afford another car. |
