"It's currently 9 degrees...
It's May.
Whys it so cold... Not normal..." . It could be just randomness or it could be that
Theres an anomaly called the "cold blob" its in the middle of the Atlantic just below Greenland they think its caused by excessive melting of the artic sea ice, it spews out its ice down the Greenland east coast where it enters the Atlantic and starts to mingle with the North Atlantic drift current, now this relies on warm and cold water differences and the salinity of the water but it drags up warm water from the gulf of Mexico and keeps this part of the globe (were further north than you imagine) warmer than we should be.
However its possible its slowing that conveyor belt up meaning were gonna be colder than we've been used to |

Just about to praise you for correctly referring to the current as North Atlantic Drift rather the Gulf Stream as more and more are incorrectly doing so. |

its actually a good thing the weather is like this, as if this country was hot some people die because of the heat, people get skin cancer, then too many people start moaning its too hot.
just its not good that there is no rain, water is running out in streams and rivers, causing the risk of death to wildlife, causing reservoirs too start to run lower on water. |
