Has anyone noticed that there seems to be a pattern emerging lately in the forums.

It goes like this...

Someone (lets call them "A") posts a forum thread.

Someone else, (lets call them "B") posts on the thread with an alternative/variation on the viewpoint.

A few more people post (more letters of the alphabet lol)...

and somewhere fairly close to the start of this discussion, someone (perhaps "B"?) thinks they have been slighted in some way by "C".... and it all kicks off.

And what was once a decent thread with an interesting discussion becomes yet another slanging match.... but when you look into it, you find that "C" wasnt really having a pop at "B", but "B" just seems to want to have a fight.

It all goes back and forth, even perhaps going as far as "C" deciding to try to cool things by apologising to "B" even thought they have nothing to be sorry for in reality.... but "B" will not let it lie and just bangs on about it... then claims to not have been insulted cos they have a very thick skin blah blah etc

FFS get a fekkin life!!!

If you want an argument, then start a piggin thread for one, dont hijack other threads and get all sanctimonious about how "C" said this and that, using mis-quotes and paraphrasing their posts to try to prove your (non existant) point!!!

I must admit, I hardly post in the forums, but reading the posts sure does pass the time at work brilliantly!! Hilarious!! Keep up the good work all of you, the fighting is the most funny

How seriously some folks take it all is a close second and Pussy is just generally hilarious PMSL!!

Absolutely, the forums are being used as chat in most cases (IMHO) and the messages will be here for 'ever'. I do seem to recall a request for the posters name to be included with the quoted message rather than just the message.

Buy you know, someone will be offended by something, you can't win. I think it's best to do and say what you think is right and leave them too it.

of course its me princess gash and not patrick who posts. who else could be soo foul mouthed and uppity. all patrick would say if he come on forum would be "get a fecking life ya wankers". so yeah he most prob classes me as one. but last time he disagreed with me he lost a bollock, so he hesitates now.

The forums are what people make of them

Its everyones site so its down to everyone to make it either great or a long list of whinging and moaning threads
