Anyone got any tips for increasing energy levels? I'm not particularly overweight, I exercise regularly, I dont smoke, dont drink too much, have a reasonable diet and yet am always knackered. Anyone had good experiences with supplements or similar, or got any ideas?

Are you getting enough sleep?

If you're feeling tired all the time it probably best to see a health professional. If you have a good diet supplements should be unnecessary but you might try vitamin D.

4. What is your diet like ?

5. Are you lacking in iron ?

6. Are you lacking in laughs ?

7. Do you watch too much T.V or Computer?

8. Are you stuck in a routine ?

9. Do you breath deeply enough ?

If you're knackered for no reason have you had it checked out with your GP.

See your gp and get your iron levels checked.

Common sense which is lacking on the forums it would appear.

Ive never been a great sleeper, and actually went to my doctor about a month ago when i woke up choking on nothing in the middle of the night, to which he just shrugged it off and advised that "everyone does that". .

I went through a stage of that and waking up unable to breathe, v scary. However going to the gp about waking up choking isn't the same as going because you're tired all the time.

I got my Test levels checked when I felt like this. I now take Testosterone topically every day and it worked wonders. My energy levels and feeling of wellbeing was completely turned around.
