Not love bites ..... Horse fly bites god i have about 10 and driving me nuts. You dont know thay are there sucking untill its to late .....TCP smells yuk not working. |

Take some Vitamin B Complex pills or eat Marmite or other yeast extract foods.
I used to get eaten alive too, every summer, but they hardly come near me now.
I take 2 Vitamin B Complex pills every day during the summer months, and as Mrs Secret has already said, take some antihistamins  |

I take 2 Vitamin B Complex pills every day during the summer months, and as Mrs Secret has already said, take some antihistamins " yes going to get some antihistamins ..... my back and arms iching like mad was at horse show sunday and loads of water around and the woods next to where show was me and the poor horse really got it ...... bloody horse flys and i had really strong fly spray on him and still he had them bitting him too ..... Think its a bad year for the bugs . |

eat Marmite or other yeast extract foods .... really do that help .. wow you live and learn i love it too ... not had alot latley. lol and the Tea tree oil have some going to put that on right now never new that would help x thanks ... |

Yes Jo, the important ingredient is the vitamin B. You can get it from yeast extract foods like Marmite, or from pills.  |

p.s. Jo you can also use the tea tree oil on your poor horse, it's one of the few essential oils that can be applied neat without having to put it into a carrier oil first. xxx |

put some bug spray on your exposed bits next time or cover up (jonny suit)
have the same problem over 100 bites in 5min, nightmare!! it was like resident evil |
