Have you ever done anything you have been ashamed of looking back now or even after it happend?
Just in the shower thinking about the things I have done nothing to bad just maybe upsetting others when d*unk or been a dick but the only one I can think.of that is really bad is slapping a ladies ass in a takeaway after talking to her for a bit thinking it was a bit of fun and banter but then waking up.the next.morning feeling disgusted with my self for been such a pig and trying to hunt her down on fb to say sorry even to this day I feel ashamed of doing that meny years ago  |

Everyone has those moments, usually when your life is going well and you're happy. Then up pops a memory of when you did something you now cringe at.
I have plenty of those moments, usually to do with having far too much to drink. |

Christmas time when I was about 13/14 I opened a christmas card that had come in the post, didn't realise initially that it had the wrong address on the front so rather surprised to find £30 inside. Instead of delivering it to the correct address, I took £20, but the £10 back inside and put it back in the post box. I still feel very bad about that even though 20 years have passed.
