So, bit of crap start to the day, but then made some late brekky and had a double-yolker egg! And then just spotted a pack of malt loaf in the kitchen and decided to have some and find it is pre-sliced!

Winning!

What little things have made your day today?

A head massage and then a hair cut. Bliss.

A message from a new very special friend telling what he is going to do to me. I've been smiling all day

head massages are amazing. I go to a barber who has me in the chair for about an hour cutting, trimming, massaging, shaving etc... amazing. I normally end up drifting off to sleep. Slightly surreal as it is a Jamaican place and usually has some live evangelical preacher or reggae on very very very loudly lol

And dirty messages... oh yeaaaahhh....

Well, the job I was on this morning took a third of a day longer than it should have and the customer kept asking me to repeat how things work.

The next job only had some of the necessary kit there, and the customers there were umming and ahhing about where stuff was going... But I found the packet of peanut m&ms that I thought I had dropped yesterday, cunningly hidden in the sleeve of my jumper on the seat of my van! Happy days!

Blood/sugar and hydration levels trigger mine.

Sit in a dark quiet room, sugar in my coffee and force myself to eat something as well as make sure I am drinking regularly.

I'm human after a couple of hours but it will still be there for a few hours yet and I'll be wiped out when it's gone. Should sleep well tonight

Have you had that checked out recently?

It could be something that's triggering it which is not migraine related. If that makes sense.

I try & rehydrate myself but it usually ends up not staying down & takes me days to recover.

I know my triggers well now though as suffered for almost 30 years with them

This is the first one I've had for a couple of years. I usually catch a headache early and sort it but the 'want to dive through a window' pain type is very rare now

I was sat in Costa today, on the table next to me were a couple who were obviously on a first meet. I couldn't help but listen in. The poor bloke was trying his damnedest to impress but failing miserably. She kept looking at her phone waiting for the 'emergency' call. Made me realise I am not the world's biggest loser.
