Eventually sleep will come if you allow it too. Stop looking at devices at least 1/2 hour before bed. If you wake up it's usually because you're too hot/ cold, need a wee / drink or worrying about something. Deal with all that and you should drift back off.
There are sleep meditation apps which are worth a listen to if you're struggling to drop off  |
