Depends, can you find that many men who will not have engaged in sexual activitiy their test date or a few weeks before it.. as much as someone can say they are tested and clean tests can miss things and be voided if you go and play unsafe that night |

If you are really worried about the risk may I suggest that the guys cum into a receptical. The contents could then be heated up to boiling point on a stove thereby eradicating any germs etc. Allow to cool to body heat and deposit contents over partners face allowing him to swallow as much as he can. What you lose out on in spontinity you gain in safety. ?? |

The only safe answer is to assume we don’t really know if everyone is STI free and work on that assumption.
There are a few risks involved but generally thought to be low risks
First and possibly highest risk (but still low) is the eyes are lined with mucous membrane and it is possible to be infected via this route. Risks include HIV, chlamydia and gonorrhoea.
There is also a possibility of catching gonorrhoea, chlamydia, and hepatitis C from swallowing cum but as before the risk is low
Finally there is also a small risk of genital Herpes from any skin to skin contact, but again very low.
It is up to you & your husband to evaluate what risks you are both prepared to take to enjoy yourselves

Anything that involves an exchange of bodily fluids Carrys and element of risk..
Oral can spread certain stis , regarding the more serious STDs oral as a vector of infection is much lower but not completely unheard of.
Be diligent about partners, ensure the seminal fluid isn't ingested or doesn't come into contact with an open wound or graze..those precautions should minimise any risk adequately. |
