Guys constantly ask why women block someone without replying.... Here's why...
We are not interested.
8/10 times replying to someone to say this will lead to an abusive response telling us that on reflection we're too old/fat/ugly for you anyway (obviously been to Specsavers since writing original mail saying how sexy we are).
If we simply ignore the message in the hope of avoiding the above, we'll be inundated by progressively angrier messages telling us how rude we are for not replying (why yes, my head is so far up my arse I can lick my own appendix thank you!)
I realise not every man will respond in either manner, but the majority do - so why leave yourself open to it? |

Whilst I have never sent a single abusive message to any female I also think a few women on here seem to have this self entitlement and exclusivity simply because they're female I get that you must receive hundreds of messages but in reality...
Just sayin' |

Self entitlement to what? Not fuck people who we are not attracted to? Absolutely too right!! And so every woman should be on here. Not just a few. Don't be ashamed to have standards ladies - apparently it makes you self entitled and long may it continue! |

I've met some amazing women from this site, really friendly and good to be around. However there is also some self righteous ones feeling the need to create threads like this pointing out the flaws in single men and in fact you as a women are so much more superior! I must see this thread with so much variation daily on these forums.
*drops mic* - damn it feels good to be a gangster. |

The OP did not say all. In her experience 8/10 of the messages. Her experience. Doesn't make her self entitled at all. But thank you for trying to point out that you think women are self entitled on here. Made my day! |

I had a lady come and spend a long weekend with me a few years back. She brought her laptop with her, and I saw some of the abusive messages that she received simply cos she politely turned someone down |

Not berating by any means... Just a simple tongue-in-cheek explanation in response to all the moany 'why are women so rude?' threads I've seen on here lately... It's called 'humour'... |

Statistically, fabs, has a high proportion of males to females.
Whilst many ladies encounter vile messages from "the rejected" it's fair to say, ignorant behaviour isn't solely exclusive to males.
Nor are the reasons dissimilar, to the OP's points, for the rejection.
I'm certainly not condoning or justifying,
idiot behaviour. It's available to all..... |

ok fair rant idiots will be idiots but remember if you objectify yourself then you only have yourself to blame when it comes to negative actions brought on by portraying ones self as a useable sex object .
try to remember your average idiot is only seeing a fuck if you portray yourself as such not a human being most idiots will act accordingly 9 times out of 10 hence a negative out come to your own actions .
own your own problems block all guys and do your own messaging to ones that take your fancy is the answer to your particular predicament in my opinion .
simple problem simple answer . |

Yes the women are the worst.
I've had some pretty bad messages from men. But the bitchyness and actual bullyness is mindblowing. |

Nobody (mam or woman) should bully anyone, but as a man on here I feel like I'm judged before we speak. Do women have that feeling as well? |

No. But I'm surprised they are in here. Because the threads are always about how the men conduct themselves here. |

The only times I've ever had bitchy messages from women are when I've met someone they've perceived as being their property, but that's only happened twice. Sadly abusive mails from men have been a regular occurrence - 3 men yesterday (because I didn't reply to their messages), 2 the day before (whom I had taken the time to reply to, politely declining).
I'm not everyone's cup of tea myself and completely accept that, but I'm not going to throw my tea at someone if they say I'm not their type |

Wow... Misogyny much?!
A woman expressing her sexuality, or choosing to participate in sexual encounters is not her objectifying herself, it's her exercising her right to choose how she lives as it would be for a man.
The objectification takes place within the person who elects to ignore the fact that regardless of the medium, they are talking to a real person and focuses solely upon their own wants and desires and chooses to see another person as nothing more than someone who should be there for their pleasure. |

That's true! It's usually bitchy messages because I've dared to talk or meet a man that she obviously sees as hers
I don't feel judged by what I say. I think if someone doesn't like it then they aren't my type anyway so no loss |

Most men have been polite when I've said no. Some persistent but not nasty. But the women take bitchyness to a whole new level. No thank you isn't the opening to being abused. |

Wow that's alot of abuse from men in one day! I really have been lucky.
Thinking about it, I can remember one message from a man who accused me of lying because I said I was taking a break from meeting men at the time and I then posted new photos which he seemed to think meant I had lied and obviously was trying to attract men??? I called him up on it and he ended up apologising and then grovelling because he had ruined his chances |

Thankfully I haven't experienced much of that at all, but completely sympathise with anyone who feels they are being bullied, whether male or female. Communication here is supposed to lead to fun, enjoyable encounters, not as a means to personally attack an individual... I think its probably a sign of insecurity on the bully's part - usually bullying behaviour in adults means they perceive you as a threat/competition (again... not an appropriate sentiment in swinging) |

oh my god so you do get it some idiots only see a object the immature types which will always be the majority not the minority .
last week i was told two terrible stories about ignoring the word stop on a meet ( by the way makes my blood boil just thinking about how some guys behave ) that is the reality pf this its a dangerous game the sex meets world for a single woman .
so best to not objectify yourself if at all possible in my opinion a sad turn of events but in reality its by far the best and safest opinion for finding what you want in a safe and respected way .
the sex meets world is not a safe one for single ferns to try and say otherwise is a lie and as for guys who act like the op out lined block away as by there actions one is dodging a bullet wisely by blocking them .
by far the best opinion for any woman on these sites is to do her own searching in my opinion .

"I've had few men who got very nasty.
Just block and move on.
Funny how the behaviour of men is most talked about, but the women's is ignored. God forbid we talk about how some women have their cliques and make nasty bullying comments towards other women.
Have you ever felt the need to start a thread about it?
The reason I ask is men seem to vent their frustrations quickly. Do you think woman are more capable of dealing with stuff here?
If I started a thread ( I am itching to ) I would be slaughtered... and since I don't have a clique to back me up... it would be suicide ...
fuck the cliques on here if you have something to say say it is my advice.
I'm trying to fuck the cliques, they just keep deleting my messages. "
my advice don't do it from what I've heard once they have passed you around the group like a little fuck toy your blocked and cold shouldered as the move on to fresher meat |

To be fair, in tbe past i have messaged politely and have beeen given a torrent of abuse for sending a lady a message.
Ive also received messages from men for challenging their opinions on the forums...to the extent of threats to break every bone in my body... There is a nastiness that this site can bring out in some people.
Personally if someone doesnt reply, deletes its fine.. But when someone resorts to insults and name calling then they show their true colours and i take it as a lucky escape...if they can be vile in a box, they can be vile in person. |

"Guys constantly ask why women block someone without replying....
I realise not every man will respond in either manner, but the majority do - so why leave yourself open to it?
ok fair rant idiots will be idiots but remember if you objectify yourself then you only have yourself to blame when it comes to negative actions brought on by portraying ones self as a useable sex object .
try to remember your average idiot is only seeing a fuck if you portray yourself as such not a human being most idiots will act accordingly 9 times out of 10 hence a negative out come to your own actions .
own your own problems block all guys and do your own messaging to ones that take your fancy is the answer to your particular predicament in my opinion .
simple problem simple answer .
Wow... Misogyny much?!
A woman expressing her sexuality, or choosing to participate in sexual encounters is not her objectifying herself, it's her exercising her right to choose how she lives as it would be for a man.
The objectification takes place within the person who elects to ignore the fact that regardless of the medium, they are talking to a real person and focuses solely upon their own wants and desires and chooses to see another person as nothing more than someone who should be there for their pleasure.
oh my god so you do get it some idiots only see a object the immature types which will always be the majority not the minority .
last week i was told two terrible stories about ignoring the word stop on a meet ( by the way makes my blood boil just thinking about how some guys behave ) that is the reality pf this its a dangerous game the sex meets world for a single woman .
so best to not objectify yourself if at all possible in my opinion a sad turn of events but in reality its by far the best and safest opinion for finding what you want in a safe and respected way .
the sex meets world is not a safe one for single ferns to try and say otherwise is a lie and as for guys who act like the op out lined block away as by there actions one is dodging a bullet wisely by blocking them .
by far the best opinion for any woman on these sites is to do her own searching in my opinion .

Although I see what you mean, the feminist in me has to ask whether it's fair/right that the effective victim has to alter their behaviour because someone elses actions.. surely the party in the wrong are the ones who's behaviour needs to change? |

Yes that's more common than not. Something I've had the pleasure of. Perhaps explains why I prefer the company of men. It does seem to be the younger women that do it, or perhaps I just notice it more from that group x |

no its not right its dam right degusting and a victim is never to blame when it comes to being abused but the reality is that you can help yourself by taking actions to protect yourself because of necessity of reality .
i wish it was other wise i wish we lived in a world that's was different from the way it is but one must see and understand reality then take appropriate actions to protect oneself . be you a single fern or a single bi or gay man its a dangerous world out there when sex is involved because of how the male brain is wired up but that's off topic . |

Theres a term I've come across recently that seems to explain it quite well, it's called 'toxic masculinity' and relates to the learnt behaviour that people associate with being a man.. it's really quite interesting.
Like most though, it doesn't offer much in the way of suggestions to resolve it. |

"I had no idea abuse was so prevalent. Makes you wonder if these people get angry in 'real life' when someone rejects them or their ideas?"
Lots forget that they're dealing with real people on here I think, so decency goes out of the window |

Ive found recently the most abuse i have had is from couples, be it if they have separate profiles and use that as a way to gang up on people or in messages.. people seem to get more abusive when a woman of my 'size' turns them down as they wrongly believe I must be desperate for attention from anyone and that stings that I would be able to say no |

Very unlikely as they wouldn't have the balls to be like that on real life, easily done from a keyboard! |

I must be doing something wrong! I haven't really had any abusive messages from females, males or couples. I am incredibly thick skinned though and struggle to get offended from people I don't know. |
