you're never blocked for no reason...unless you've been offensive,it may just be they are no longer interested..just move on...don't try and analyse it..it really doesn't matter...one particular person out of hundreds doesn't want to chat anymore..that's all.. |

People block because they can. They have their own reasons and sometimes you'll just never know. At the end of tgecday they dont want to talk to you so just move on. |

in an ideal world, you're right,that would be better..but as that sometimes invites either questions as to why not, or abuse,it's much easier to just block i'm afraid. just don't take it personally. |

Always a reason. They just don't always tell you why.
You might just not be what they seek. Be a twat. Have an opinion different to theirs. Be the wrong sex or gender. |

I've seen a couple of blocks on people I've genuinely never even spoken too or winked or messaged or anything!!! Which makes me question maybe they think they know us and we know them? God knows but who cares! |

I've blocked a person like that, but that's because of what she has written on her profile.
But I agree, no point crying over spilled milk unless the person was on your hotlist and you liked to perve on them  .

I've tried to nose at a couple of people recently and found im blocked, not really fussed about knowing why.. it's their account and their call.
Personally, I block people for lots of reasons.. rudeness/persistence, irritating statuses clogging up my update feed, because? I know them in 'real life',sometimes if we've chatted and it's gone nowhere or if someone constantly looks but doesn't respond to/deletes a message lol. |

I've been blocked a few times, for differing opinions on a thread, I just blocked back . Even had some random person I'd never spoken to message me abuse, then quickly block me so I couldn't reply... That one pissed me off |

There's always a reason. I think there are a lot of pushy guys on here and some women just block anyone who contacts them who doesn't take their fancy as a precaution.
Makes sense but not nice when you aren't pushy and take rejection gracefully. |

OP I've just clicked on your profile and indeed a block is in place. Now obviously either you or I have blocked the other, I personally wouldn't remember the exact reason but it's there because we don't want personal contact with the other. |

Another was a guy who thought I'd blocked him. We were both very confused about it. And then we weren't after it was raised with admin. Very odd. |
