So I'm a Severe Fibromyalgia sufferer...unsure what it is, google is best bet, times symptoms by 10 today.....I'm not having a good day at all with it and feeling a bit low, down and out with it...I'm Day 2 of not being able to do a lot, loads of aches and pains and just generally fed up with it....I need some cheering up and some laughs...so form an orderly que and let the smiles and laughter begin.....    |

Boo  sorry to hear you are having a bad day, i can empathise with that! Plus side is its a gorgeous day out today, if you can sit in the garden for a bit sunshine does help to lift your spirits x |

I have psoriatic arthritis and am on Tramadol which turns ma into a Zombie "
My mess make me a zombie too, so I refuse to take them, how am I meant to look after. 3yr old all day otherwise |

It's not so nice here in not so sunny Torquay lol and I've no garden in a flat lol |

I call those days dead days hun. My last dead day was sat. Hopefully it will life a bit now summer is on it's way. Have a quiet day sleep if you need to just keep drinking those fluids.

It's not so nice here in not so sunny Torquay lol and I've no garden in a flat lol its very sunny in sunny Plymouth "

Get well soon! If I lived closer I'd offer to help with housework or babysitting. I have 10 nephew and nieces so I'm always bombarded with someone else's kids! Lol.

Yes I do but she only goes on a Monday afternoon and all day Friday xx |
