2:30 AM here and I realize my day is missing something. then it hits me: I haven't had my daily dose of chilis.

On eggs, mac and cheese, or in a tortilla with cheese, I NEED it. Every day. Yea, baby: spice up my life.

Hot sauce all the way, soon I'll be on ghost peppers!

How spicy do you like it?

Now that sounds ideal.

Depends what I'm having, sometimes a nice light little tingle of the tastebuds will do, other times I want my face burnt off.

I have some But Jolokia (ghost pepper) sauce that you literally only need a few drops of added to pasta sauce to blow your head off.

I like spice. The Nando's xxx sauce is about as spicy as I enjoy. I can eat hotter, but it's no longer about the taste.

Dave's insanity suace is in my cupboard but that's just mental to try and use it as anything but an additive ingredient. It brings the heat.

I like spicy hot, my skin doesn't. If I eat anything too hot my skin on the roof of my mouth burns away and swells up.

Yes, I always shake a little Tabasco over scrambled eggs. The later in the day, the spicier I like it (as it were).

I know when it's too hot. My nose and eyes start to stream and I can no longer taste anything.
