Some people's will just be an obvious link to their name or be self explanatory but wondered what the reasoning was behind others here?

Actually there IS another Yvaine, but it's an American couple & they only joined a few weeks ago. When I picked it, it was unique.  |

Mine was allocated to me by a couple.of female friends who decided I was a filth and naughty devil.
I dropped the naughty bit when I joined here.
They still call me Dev to this day resulting in "Why Dev?" Questions and snigger! |

Many reasons for mine.
the monk part comes from my surname for one, but mainly due to my enforced celibacy a while back (10 years no sex,  ).
Also i am cool, but then that would not be unique, so a little clever spelling and boom.
I am da Kuulmonk, all others are poor copies....  |

My Sweet Lady
A song by John Denver which a dear friend said it reminded him of me. He was the one who introduced me to Fab so when I had to choose my name I thought this would be a good one.
Also, people who know me say I am a really sweet person.

A female friend started calling me Cindi another friend put added the Lou. And Rose was my mum's favourite name was going to be my middle name if I was born a girl.

A combination of my favourite lipstick shades. Someone had taken my first username when I went UNLOS. Wasn't sure about this one at first but now I quite like it |

It's a literal translation of a physical attribute, but I thought it made me sound racy, hot, dangerous and classy when I chose it. It only occurred to me to use it because it was an old nickname! |

I've tried to change mine back to what it was originally and it won't have any of it.
My name was fleshpoet because I admire the poetry and beautiful art I can create with the submission of a lady. This username was just to temporarily avoid someone who had my fetlife username. |
