my last ex, this is almost 2 years after i hadn't heard from him (and tbh the way i ended it i never expected to hear from him again) just texted me with a "good morning  "...really a fucking smiley face with that.

Yes it was a 530am d*unk text.
After much thought I replied knowing the consequences 
Should I have ignored it, maybe, only time will tell. We have been great friends for many years so should the fact we broke up with each other affect what friendship we had, possibly. Even just receiving the text had taken my mind to a place I didn't expect it to be.  |

you wanna know how it ended with him?
he spent months talking shit to me while he was cheating on me, i dumped him (not knowing he'd cheated just that he was slacking as a partner). i cut him dead coz i had an idea he was lying but didn't know what about.
then almost a year later he 'slips' back into my life, and he spent 10 months trying to get me back (i rightly didn't trust him coz he was still with someone else, i still didn't know about her though at this point, i suppose i wanted to see if i could actually trust him).
when i found out he was with someone, and he'd been with her when we were together, i sent her all the texts showing him trying to get me back and all the shit he was saying to me. he denied it and even called the police telling them i had hacked his message app and sent 10 months worth of messages to myself. police didn't believe him obviously.
so yeah, hahaha, as if.
people really are dickheads and think everyone else is like them. i guess i was when i didn't know the truth. not any more though.  |
