ASMR/Binaural - Anyone familiar with the concept?

Has anyone watched/listened to ASMR/Binaural videos

I've listened to a binaural/asmr podcast and it was actually quite different but in a positive way. Obviously the curiosity took the better of me and I went to search the more 'fun' type of videos...and they're actually pretty good

I haven't watched any of the videos. But sitting still and relaxed having someone brush my hair once had a similar effect. Luckily not at my hairdresser's salon.

Yes, especially useful for falling asleep- but I've known about this for years but didn't know others felt it until YouTube

I've first heard of ASMR because of the Indian barber who would give head massages, he got really popular because of it and people started to travel from all around the world just to experience it

Baba? One video and it all goes off lol- my fave weird shit at the moment are 2 videos of massages on trains.

One is called the STARE and the other is a guy using a stone to massage others.

Both totally random but fascinated to watch
