I'm not your target market so hopefully the ladies will be along soon, but in the meantime my 2p worth.
You have a face pic, tick. I'd imagine lots of women would find you good looking too.
A wider selection of public pics might help.
The wordy stuff doesn't really say much about you, what you like, what you can offer, what it is particularly you're seeking and if I was a lass (I'm not!  ) there's not really much there to hook them in.
Take a look at some good successful male profiles and see what they're doing.
Oh and often first impressions are made on usernames. Some ladies don't like the more crude types, so maybe have a think about that.
